It is located near the borders of California and Mexico. Flagstaff is the largest city in northern Arizona.

The estimated 2006 population of Arizona is 6,166,318, reflecting a jump of approximately 20.19% since the 2000 census. This makes Arizona one of the fastest growing states in the US. Arizona Economy

The State of Arizona is the state’s largest employer, followed by Wal-Mart, the largest private employer. High tech industries also play a large part in Arizona’s economy. Boeing, Honeywell and General Dynamics have operations there.
