What will my loan payments be?

This calculator helps you determine the amount of your monthly payments for a loan or line of credit. You can use this calculator for any type of loan, including a mortgage, car loan, home equity loan, or home equity line of credit (HELOC).

Loan Type - The payments on a fixed-rate loan will stay the same for the life of your loan. The payments on an interest-only loan do not include principal. Loan type*:

Annual insurance and taxes - Some lenders will require you to open an escrow account, and your homeowners insurance and property taxes will be paid from that account by the lender. These payments are added to your monthly mortgage payment, so including the information here provides you with a better idea of what your overall mortgage payment would be.
