Although we’ve done our best to make RealEstate.com as easy-to-use as possible, we know that you’ll still have some questions when you’re first getting started. TERMS

  • Agent Panel
    This is the area on the right side of any of your purchased RealEstate.com webpage(s) that contains your name, picture and a link to your Agent Profile. This section also contains a “Contact Me” button. When customers click on this button they are taken to a simple contact form.

  • Agent Profile
    Your Agent Profile is similar to your online resume and has a unique profile URL that you set up.  This page contains your contact information, profile picture and details about you as a real estate professional.  This page also contains a “Contact Me” button. When customers click on this button they are taken to a simple contact form.

  • Dashboard
    When you login to your account, you will be directed to your Dashboard.  Your Dashboard will display anyone that has submitted a contact form from your Agent Panel or your Agent Profile.

  • GETTING STARTED

    RealEstate.com provides you with a Getting Started Guide to jumpstart your success.

  • How do I set-up my information?
    Setting up your account is simple and easy!  Please read our Getting Started Guide, which can be found here.

  • I own multiple cities.  Do I need to create multiple accounts?
    Each customer only has one account and the information you enter for your account will be universal for all cities that you own.

  • I own multiple cities.  What if I want one city to link to one website and another city to link to another website?
    Each customer only has one account and the information you enter for your account will be universal for all cities that you own.  We recommend your website link go to a place that potential clients can find information about all the cities you represent.

  • What is a profile URL and why do I care?
    Similar to other social networks, RealEstate.com allows you to set up a profile URL that is unique to you.

    Your profile URL will appear as www.realestate.com/pro/MyUniqueURL.

    By having a profile URL through RealEstate.com, it makes it easy to share your RealEstate.com profile on other social networks and sites.

  • How do I change my profile URL name?
    Be thoughtful when choosing your profile URL, as it is permanent. A change fee will be incurred should you need to edit your profile URL in the future.

  • ADMIN

  • How do I edit my information?
    Start by logging in to your account. From your Dashboard, select Admin and change your information as needed.

  • How do I change my username and/or password?
    You can change your username and/or password by editing your account details. 

    From your Dashboard, select Admin and then Profile from the left side.

    In the username field, change your username to what you would like.

    In the password field, select the link and change your password to what you would like.

  • How do I upload and change my profile picture?
    First, login to your account by selecting “Sign Into Your Account” in the footer of any RealEstate.com page. From your Dashboard, select Admin.  Select Profile from the left side. 

    Under the Images section, select Browse to find the image on your computer, then select Upload. The website will do the rest for you!

  • What size/format does my profile picture have to be?
    Files should be in .JPG format at 100 pixels wide by 130 pixels tall. If your photo is smaller or larger than this, the site will automatically resize the photo to the accepted proportions.

  • What are Advice and Tips and how do I use this section of my profile?
    The Advice and Tips section is crucial for our customers. In addition to appearing on your Agent Profile, these Advice and Tips will also appear on the Local Tips page within the Local Info section of RealEstate.com.

    You can change and update your Advice and Tips as often as you’d like. From your Dashboard, select Admin and Advice and Tips from the left side.

    Use this field to type in Local Tips relevant to your city.  For example: The best parks, farmer’s market locations, local events, community center activities, etc. Link your topics back to pages on your website or blog posts you have written for even more exposure!

  • I’ve purchased multiple cities.  How can I change my Advice and Tips for each city?
    Each customer only has one account and the information you enter for your account will be universal for all cities  that you own.  This includes your Advice and Tips.

    We recommend writing Advice and Tips for all of your cities, but bold each city so that it stands out as a title.

  • DASHBOARD

  • How will I get the leads from the product I purchased?
    When a potential client fills out the Contact Form on your Agent Panel or your Agent Profile, this lead will display on your Dashboard in your account.  You will also receive a notification of the lead to your external email address.

  • Is there a contact management system?
    Your Dashboard acts as a simple contact management system by displaying contact information from potential clients that fill out the contact form from your Agent Panel or your Agent Profile.

  • What kind of information is on the Dashboard?
    In your Dashboard, you will see any information the lead typed in to the Contact Form, including name, phone number and email address, along with details about their request.

    You can use your Dashboard to organize your contacts. Simply select the Status dropdown menu to the far right side of the contact information. You can select New, Retry, Active, Inactive, Hot, Sold, and Trash and then sort the leads by selecting Status at the top of the Dashboard.

  • Will I know how much traffic my page gets?
    We currently do not have a reporting tool for traffic. However, you can view all of your leads within your Dashboard.

  • SALES

  • What products are available on RealEstate.com?
    We are currently offering the exlcusive city sponsorship. There is only one sponsorship available per city. Learn more on our Product Page.

  • Are more cities available?
    Yes!  Please call 1-888-760-4951 to learn about available cities in your area.

  • BILLING

  • When am I billed for my account?
    Your billing date will be on the 1st of every month.

  • How do I change my billing information?
    We can easily change your billing information for you!  Please email support@realestate.com or call 1-888-832-3920 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PT.

    We will email you a simple Credit Card Change Form, which you’ll need to fax back to our Billing Department.

  • Why am I seeing charges from Market Leader?
    RealEstate.com is owned by Market Leader and shares the same billing system.  Charges for RealEstate.com will appear as Market Leader on your bank statement.

  • Why am I seeing multiple charges from Market Leader?
    RealEstate.com is owned by Market Leader and shares the same billing system.  If you have a product through Market Leader in addition to your RealEstate.com product, you will see multiple charges from Market Leader.
