Several Fortune 500 companies are headquartered in Ohio including Cardinal Health, Procter & Gamble, Kroger, Federated Department Stores, Nationwide, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, NCR, Wendy’s International, Abercrombie & Fitch, Diebold, J.M. Smucker and American Greetings. Ohio agricultural products include corn, soybeans, poultry, hogs, cattle and dairy products.
Ohio Tourism and Recreation
Ohio offers a nice balance of outdoor activities, historical events, cultural venues and tons of family fun. Hiking, swimming, boating, fishing and camping are available at the many state parks which dot the state. Ohio’s strong history of flight comes to life at the NASA Glenn Research Center, The Neil Armstrong Museum, the U.S. Air Force Museum and at the annual Vectren Dayton Air Show and Cleveland National Air Show. Historic sites in Ohio include the SunWatch Indian Village/Archaeological Park, Schoenbrunn Interpretive site and the Underground Railway Freedom Center. Professional sports are well represented in Ohio by the Cincinnati Reds, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cleveland Browns, The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Columbus Blue Jackets
