Finally, it is easy to access public green spaces from many locations in the neighborhood since there are about 10 of them nearby for residents to unwind in.

In Alhambra, around half of buildings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings make up most of the remaining housing stock. The average year of construction for dwellings in this area is 1965. This area has a good variety of housing sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Around 55% of the population of this neighborhood rent their home while owners make up the remainder.

Residents will value the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from most houses for sale in Alhambra. In addition to public schools, there are private elementary and high schools. In terms of food, home buyers in Alhambra will appreciate that a grocery store is always only a rather short walk away.
