The neighborhood of Andrews Industrial District is situated within the city of Pompano Beach, Florida, which is situated in the Miami metropolitan area.

Thanks to the presence of few pedestrians, Andrews Industrial District remains relatively quiet; however there can be higher levels of noise for those who are closer to Interstate 95 or one of the railway lines. Parks aren't well-distributed, which makes them sometimes challenging to reach from a lot of locations in this area. Still, residents will be able to access public green spaces in nearby neighborhoods.
