Public green spaces aren't well-distributed, which makes them rather challenging to get to. Despite that, residents will be able to access parks in nearby boroughs.

In Baden, many of buildings are single detached homes, and small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. This borough also has quite a good choice of unit sizes - it is quite easy to find properties ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Around 70% of the units in the borough are occupied by home owners while the rest are rented. Most of the housing growth in this borough took place pre-1960.
