Although this area does not contain any parks, public green spaces are especially well-located in nearby neighborhoods, making them easy to access. The noise levels in this part of New Port Richey are also quite low, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor.
In Big Bend, most of the dwellings are single detached homes, while the remainder are mainly small apartment buildings, duplexes, and mobile homes.
