The neighborhood of Briarcreek-Woodland is located within the city of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Briarcreek-Woodland offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy, as well as some areas with a vibrant atmosphere. Access to public green spaces, like Briar Creek Greenway, is easy from the majority of locations in the neighborhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in. This part of the city remains relatively quiet, as there are few people out and about on the streets; however.

About one third of the dwellings are large apartment buildings, making it easy to find apartments in Briarcreek-Woodland, whereas the remainder are mainly small apartment buildings and single detached homes. This area has quite a good selection of unit sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. It is also convenient for pedestrians to navigate this neighborhood; many common errands can be run without having to resort to a car.
