Most areas in Bulls Bay are quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. It is very hard to access parks in the neighborhood since they are distributed sporadically. Still, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to discover.
Single detached homes are the most common housing type, representing roughly two thirds of the dwellings in Bulls Bay, whereas the remainder are mainly mobile homes. Around one third of homes in this neighborhood were built since the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s. This part of the city has quite a good selection of housing sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. On the other hand, the public transit system in Bulls Bay is quite poor. It is very difficult for people walking to get around in this area as running daily errands is very challenging.
