Located within the Austin metropolitan area, Chandler Creek is a neighborhood within Round Rock, Texas.

Chandler Creek is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. Public green spaces are distributed sparsely, resulting in them being occasionally challenging to reach from most locations within the neighborhood. Despite that, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighborhoods.

Home owners occupy roughly 60% of the dwellings in Chandler Creek and 40% are rented. In this part of the city, the majority of buildings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock.
