There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Crescent Hill. There are a few public green spaces close by for residents to discover and they are very well-distributed, making it easy to reach them from most locations in this area. Finally, as there are few people out and about on the streets, this part of Louisville remains relatively quiet; however there can be more noise for those who are around Interstate 64 or the railway line.

Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing the majority of the dwellings in Crescent Hill, and large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock.
