Crown Ridge offers a wide selection of green spaces to enjoy. Although this neighborhood is not home to any green spaces, parks are very well-spread out in nearby neighborhoods, which makes it easy to access them. Finally, this neighborhood is a great area for those who aren't bothered by some noise, since traffic can occasionally be loud during busier hours of the day.

Small apartment buildings are the predominant housing type, representing around one quarter of buildings in Crown Ridge, while the rest are mainly large apartment buildings, single detached homes, and townhouses.
