There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Eagle Lake. It is easy to reach parks from many locations within the neighborhood and there are a few of them close by for residents to relax in. Lastly, it is relatively quiet in this part of the city, due to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets.
Most of the dwellings are large apartment buildings, making it easy to find apartments in Eagle Lake, and the remaining properties are mainly single detached homes.
