The neighborhood of East Central is located in the city of Spokane, Washington.

East Central offers a slower-paced atmosphere and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This part of Spokane is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor - however some parts can be quite noisy, especially closer to Interstate 90 or one of the railway lines.
