East End, Boise

East End is a neighborhood in the Boise City metropolitan area, which is in the state of Idaho, United States.

Home buyers who prefer a relaxed environment will enjoy East End. This part of the city is very quiet overall, as the streets are generally very peaceful. Finally, access to parks in the neighborhood, such as Warm Springs Park and Foothills East Reserve, is easy, since the majority of houses for sale have one within walking distance and there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to discover.

The median year of construction for houses in East End is 1979. In this area, about half of the dwellings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings, small apartment buildings, and townhouses are the main housing types in the rest of the housing stock.
