The neighborhood of Eastport can be found in the city of Jacksonville, Florida.

It is relatively quiet in Eastport, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets. Parks are spread out sporadically, resulting in them being rather challenging to get to from the majority of locations within this neighborhood. Despite that, residents will be able to access public green spaces in nearby neighborhoods.

In Eastport, many of the dwellings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings and mobile homes are also present in the housing stock. This neighborhood has a selection of housing size options, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Home owners occupy about 70% of the units in Eastport while renters occupy the remainder. Most of the housing growth in this neighborhood has happened since the year 2000.
