The neighborhood of Eastside is located within the city of Santa Ana, California, which is located in the Los Angeles - Long Beach - Anaheim metropolitan area.

Finally, green spaces are especially well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to enjoy, which results in them being easy to reach from numerous locations within the neighborhood.

In Eastside, about 45% of the dwellings are single detached homes, while the rest are mainly large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings.
