Lastly, it is easy to get to public green spaces from most locations in the neighborhood, since reaching the closest one is occasionally hard from the majority of homes. There are a few parks close by for residents to discover, such as Encanto Park and Monterey Park.

Most of the houses available in the housing market in Encanto were constructed before the 1960s, when a majority of the housing growth took place. In this neighborhood, around half of the dwellings are single detached homes, whereas the rest are mainly large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings. About 55% of the units in the neighborhood are occupied by renters while the rest are occupied by owners. This area has quite a good selection of housing size options, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.
