Most areas in Enterprise are very quiet, as the streets are generally very tranquil. It is very hard to reach green spaces from a lot of locations in the neighborhood since they are distributed sparsely. Still, there are a few parks nearby for residents to explore.
In Enterprise, most of the dwellings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings make up most of the remaining housing stock. This neighborhood is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. The split between home owners and renters is about even. A majority of the housing growth in this part of the city has occurred since the year 2000.
There are only a few high schools and primary schools in this neighborhood and therefore they can be a long walk away. Locals benefit from public and private elementary schools. Concerning food, some, but not all, property owners in Enterprise will live within walking distance of one of over 50 supermarkets. Residents benefit from over 300 restaurants and coffee shops as well.
Getting around by car is especially convenient in Enterprise. Accessing a place to park is generally easy. On the other hand, public transit riders may experience very few options in Enterprise due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, the neighborhood is linked by about 10 bus lines. This area is not very suitable for walking because very few daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car.
