Forest Highlands is a wonderful neighborhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. Most areas in this part of the city are very quiet, as the streets are usually very calm. Lastly, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to visit, including Tryon Creek State Natural Area, which results in them being very easy to reach from the majority of locations within the neighborhood.
The main housing types in Forest Highlands are single detached homes and townhouses. This area offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
