Indian Hills, Provo

The neighborhood of Indian Hills is located in the city of Provo, Utah.

Indian Hills is a very good neighborhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. There are a few green spaces nearby for residents to relax in, such as Timp Kiwanis Bounous Park, and they are very well-spread out, making them easy to get to. The noise levels in this part of Provo are also very low, as the streets are usually very calm.

Roughly 90% of the units in the neighborhood are occupied by home owners while the rest are rented. The predominant housing types in this part of the city are single detached homes and townhouses. Roughly 60% of the properties in this neighborhood were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1980s. Notably, this neighborhood is good for those looking for four or more bedroom homes.

Indian Hills does not have any high schools or primary schools. Regarding eating, doing one's groceries often demands the use of a car in this neighborhood.

The preferred method to move around in Indian Hills is very often driving. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, the public transit system in Indian Hills is quite bad. Traveling on foot is not very practical for home buyers in this neighborhood because carrying out daily needs is impractical.
