The neighborhood of Lake Meadows is located in the city of Chicago, Illinois.

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Lake Meadows, despite its sometimes busy ambience. It is very easy to access public green spaces from the majority of locations within the neighborhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in. Lastly, thanks to the presence of few pedestrians, this area is relatively quiet; however those who are around one of the railway lines may experience higher levels of noise.

In Lake Meadows, the vast majority of the dwellings are large apartment buildings, while townhouses are also present in the housing stock. Most of the housing growth in this area occurred before the 1960s. This neighborhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and one bedroom homes.
