Finally, although this neighborhood does not contain any green spaces, parks are especially well-distributed in nearby neighborhoods, resulting in them being easy to access from numerous locations in Mount Paran Parkway.

The majority of the housing stock of Mount Paran Parkway is made up of large apartment buildings and single detached homes, whereas the remainder are mainly small apartment buildings. This part of the city also has a good choice of unit sizes; it is quite easy to find properties ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.
