The neighborhood of North Beach is located in the city of Seattle, Washington.

The character of North Beach is exemplified by its relaxed environment. The greenery in this neighborhood is reasonably prominent; it is easy to get to green spaces from many locations in the neighborhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to visit. Moreover, residents will find that a lot of streets have good tree coverage. This neighborhood is also very quiet, as the streets are very peaceful.

In North Beach, almost all of buildings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. This part of Seattle also has a choice of housing size options; houses range from lofts to four or more bedrooms. About 80% of the population of this neighborhood own their home and 20% are renters. A majority of the housing growth in this part of the city took place prior to the 1960s.

Residents will find that no matter where their property is situated in North Beach, primary schools are close by. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this part of Seattle.
