North Domingo Baca is a fairly good neighborhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. This part of Albuquerque is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. Lastly, it is easy to access green spaces from most locations in the neighborhood since there are a few of them close by for residents to explore.
Around three quarters of the population of this neighborhood own their home while the remainder are renters. The housing stock of this part of the city is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses. The properties in this neighborhood are very new, because about half of its dwellings were built since the year 2000, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built in the 1990s. This part of Albuquerque is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
A grocery store is usually reachable within a reasonably short walk from any home in this part of the city. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who value restaurants in close proximity. In terms of education, primary schools are convenient to get to on foot from most houses for sale in this part of the city. However, this neighborhood does not contain any high schools.
Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in this neighborhood. It is very easy to park, and many homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway. In contrast, public transit users may have very few choices in North Domingo Baca due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, the neighborhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. North Domingo Baca is not especially suitable for traveling on foot since meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult.
