The neighborhood of North Hilltop is situated within the city of Columbus, Ohio.

Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced ambience will enjoy North Hilltop. This neighborhood is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor - although that is not the case near one of the railway lines or West Freeway. Finally, green spaces, such as Rhodes Park and Holton Park, are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover, resulting in them being easy to access from many locations in this area.

In North Hilltop, most of buildings are single detached homes, while townhouses are also present in the housing stock. Most of the housing growth in this neighborhood took place before the 1960s. This neighborhood offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes. Renters occupy around two thirds of the dwellings in North Hilltop while the remainder are occupied by owners.

It is usually possible for house buyers in North Hilltop to buy their groceries by walking. A small number of restaurants can be found in this neighborhood as well.
