Olde Providence South offers a relaxed ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. This part of the city is quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, there are a few public green spaces close by for residents to enjoy, including Olde Providence Community Park and McAlpine Creek Greenway, and they are very well-situated, making it easy to get to them.
