Ortega is a good neighborhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. This area is reasonably quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor - although there are still several louder sections, especially around the railway line. Lastly, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to discover and they are very well-distributed, resulting in them being easy to reach from numerous locations in the neighborhood.
