The neighborhood of Park Farms is situated within the city of Kansas City, Missouri.

The character of Park Farms is exemplified by its slower-paced ambience. Most areas in this area are reasonably quiet, as the streets are peaceful - however noise can be bothersome near Interstate 435 or the railway line. Finally, it is easy to get to green spaces in the neighborhood and there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover.

In Park Farms, roughly two thirds of the dwellings are single detached homes, whereas the rest are mainly large apartment buildings. Roughly 45% of properties in this neighborhood were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were constructed pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This area offers mainly two bedroom and three bedroom homes. About 55% of the units in the neighborhood are occupied by home owners and 45% are rented.

It can be difficult to get to high schools and primary schools as a pedestrian from properties for sale in Park Farms. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. With respect to eating, in all but a few cases, a vehicle is needed shop for groceries. Residents of Park Farms benefit from a few restaurants.

Park Farms is an extraordinarily convenient part of Kansas City for moving around by car. It is very easy to park, and most properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Interstate 435. On the other hand, the public transit service in Park Farms is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighborhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are near a bus stop. Walking is not very convenient for residents in Park Farms as very few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.
