Most areas in this part of the city are especially quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Finally, public green spaces, like Four Mile Creek Greenway and William R. Davie Regional Park, are very well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to discover, making it easy to access them.
In Rosecliff, around half of buildings are single detached homes, and large apartment buildings, small apartment buildings, and townhouses are also present in the housing stock.
