San Jose, Albuquerque

The neighborhood of San Jose is located in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in San Jose. Parks are very well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to discover, making them easy to access from the majority of locations within San Jose. It remains relatively serene in this part of the city, as there are very few pedestrians.

The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of San Jose is an important part of its character. This neighborhood also has a variety of unit sizes; it is quite easy to find houses ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. Roughly three quarters of the units in the neighborhood are occupied by home owners while renters occupy the remainder. Most of the housing growth in this part of the city took place before the 1960s.

It is generally possible for home buyers in San Jose to shop for groceries on foot. A small number of restaurants can be found in this part of Albuquerque as well. Regarding education, in this part of the city, property buyers will often be able to access both primary and secondary schools on foot.

This part of the city is very car friendly. The majority of houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Pan American Freeway, and it is very convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, traveling by public transit is difficult in San Jose. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighborhood, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in San Jose because very few common errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle.
