The character of Singing Arrow is exemplified by its calm atmosphere. Most areas in this part of Albuquerque are very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor. Lastly, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to discover, like Singing Arrow Park, and they are very well-spread out, which results in them being easy to reach from the majority of locations in the neighborhood.

In Singing Arrow, about one third of the dwellings are small apartment buildings, and the remaining properties are mainly large apartment buildings and single detached homes. This part of Albuquerque has quite a good selection of unit sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.
