Sunrise Manor, Las Vegas

The neighborhood of Sunrise Manor is part of the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.

The noise levels in Sunrise Manor are quite low, as the streets are generally calm - although there are still several noisier sections, especially near the airport (Nellis Air Force Base), US Highway 95 or Interstate 515. Access to green spaces in the neighborhood, like Horsemans and Dog Fanciers Park and Kinley Park, is rather difficult since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are around 10 parks nearby for residents to visit.

There are equal parts owners and renters living in Sunrise Manor. In this area, roughly half of the dwellings are single detached homes, while large apartment buildings, small apartment buildings, and mobile homes are also present in the housing stock. The median year of construction for dwellings in this part of Las Vegas is 1991. This neighborhood has a good selection of unit sizes, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.

Some, but not all, home buyers in Sunrise Manor will reside within walking distance of one of approximately 40 supermarkets. There are also a few opportunities for those who care about close by restaurants and cafes. When it comes to education, residents will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in Sunrise Manor, primary schools are nearby. In contrast, it can be difficult to access high schools as a pedestrian. At the elementary level, both public and private schools can be found.

Sunrise Manor is a very convenient part of Las Vegas for traveling by car. Coming across a parking spot is easy. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of Las Vegas is not very frequent. Thankfully, there are around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Sunrise Manor is not very conducive to walking as few daily needs can be met on foot.
