Finally, it is easy to reach green spaces in the neighborhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in.

Single detached homes are the predominant housing type, representing about 80% of the dwellings in Venetian Hills, while the rest are mainly large apartment buildings. This area also has a choice of housing size options - properties range from lofts to four or more bedrooms. There are equal parts renters and owners living in this part of Atlanta. Most homes in this neighborhood were constructed prior to the 1960s, during its most significant housing boom.

It is easy to get to the closest grocery store by walking in Venetian Hills in this area. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes in close proximity. With respect to education, residents will find that no matter where their home is located in this part of the city, primary schools are nearby. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this area.

Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighborhood, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. There aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this part of the city, although most daily needs are convenient to carry out without the use of a car.
