It remains relatively serene in Westside 2, as there are very few pedestrians. Green spaces are spread out sporadically, making it very hard to get to them from a large number of locations in the neighborhood.
About 80% of the dwellings in the neighborhood are occupied by home owners and 20% are rented. The housing stock of this area is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses. Most of the housing growth in this neighborhood happened in the 1990s. This part of the city offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.

On the other hand, this neighborhood is not a very pleasant part of Columbus for moving around by public transit. Nonetheless, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is generally within walking distance. Most homes for sale in this neighborhood are located in areas that are not very convenient for walking as running daily errands is challenging.
