This part of Columbus is reasonably quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic - however some areas can be quite noisy, especially close to Olentangy Freeway. Lastly, although Worthington Hills is not home to any green spaces, parks are very well-distributed in nearby neighborhoods, which results in them being easy to reach from the majority of locations within the neighborhood.

The predominant housing types in Worthington Hills are single detached homes and townhouses. Roughly 45% of properties in this area were built in the 1960s and 1970s, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1980s and the 2000s. This part of the city is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. About 95% of the population of this neighborhood own their home and 5% are renters.
